Standard Returns

  • 30-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Non-personalised items are eligible for exchange, store credit (valid for 6 months), or refund
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • A restocking fee of $15 and processing fee applies to refunds
  • Store credits and exchanges are offered without additional fees

  • Personalised pieces are crafted specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • We recommend reviewing all customisation details carefully before confirming your order

    Sale & Promotional Items

  • Non-personalised sale items may be returned following our standard return policy
  • Orders using promotional codes cannot be cancelled once placed
  • Processing and restocking fees apply to refund requests

    Complimentary GiftsĀ 

  • When returning items received with a complimentary gift, the gift must be returned in original condition
  • The value of unreturned gifts will be deducted from any refund amount
  • Complimentary gifts are not eligible for exchange

    Quality Assurance

  • Faulty items will be assessed individually by our quality control team
  • We reserve the right to repair, replace, or refund based on our assessment
  • Natural fabric pilling occurs through normal wear and is not considered a fault
  • Damage from improper care or normal wear is not covered under our return policy

    Process for ReturnsĀ 

    1. Contact our client services team at info@midnightmischief.com.au within 30 days of delivery
    2. Include your full name and order number
    3. Our team will provide return instructions
    4. Returns are processed within 14 business days of receipt
    5. You will be notified once your return has been processed

  • Midnight Mischief reserves the right to refuse returns that don't meet our conditions
  • Items showing signs of wear, including makeup marks, will not be accepted
